“DESH DROHI” synopsis

Just like how media plays a major role in our day-to-day life, in the same way it plays an important role in our film.The hero of our film, named “Raja” out of frustration leaves his family and comes to Mumbai in search of a job as well as Shekhar his friend.In his village, his father is a farmer by profession, who loves him a lot. A girl named ‘Neha’ is also madly in love with him.Raja finds his friend in Mumbai Shekhar doing the job of a Watchman. Shekhar offers the same job to Raja but Raja refuses this offer because he has big dreams and wants to fulfill them.He meets a girl in Mumbai named Sonia, who is the heroine of our film. Sonia is working for a man named “Baba Bahadur” who deals in drugs. Sonia has a brother who is dumb.When Raja and Sonia meet for first time, Raja repeatedly at various times and places. Their relationship grows gradually.Raja soon realies that North Indians are not liked by the Mumbai Kars, where as Raja has the feeling of equality and believes that all should live with love.On the other hand, there is a north Indian leader named ‘Shrivastav’. Shrivastav is a role model for all the North-Indians. But in reality he is like any other politician. He uses people for his own selfish needs.There are other politicians as well like chief-minister, vice chief minister, home minister etc. The use common man for their selfish motives.A city based Mafia and drug dealer named Rajan Patil is also working under these great politicians.Media wants to reveal all this corruption to public through television and news papers.As Sonia is working for Bahdur she has an enemity of Rajan Patil.Sonia beats the men of Rajan Patil in an open market.In order to take a revenge. Rajan Patil sends his brother to teach Sonia a lesson.Raja arrives to rescue Sonia and unfortunately he kills Rajan Patil’s brother.Rajan Patil gives the contract of killing Sonia and Raja to an inspector, Rajesh Sharma. Instead of doing so, he is killed by Raja.Due to all this, Mafia and police become rivals of Raja & Sonia.In order to save Raja from the policemen, Sonia brings Raja to her aunt’s place. In that house itself, news flashes on TV that police is in search of Raja & Sonia.In this process. Raja & Sonia go throught many painful and dreadful circumstances. Baba Bahadur double crosses them. But, Shrivastav helps them. In reality Shrivastav also double-crosses them…….This whole episode becomes the ‘hot-cake’ for television news channel….On young Inspector Kuldeep Kaushal takes an oath to arrest Raja.At one moment, audience come to know that kuldeep is Neha’s husband. Neha, who loved Raja in the village.. Raja meets Shekhar as a contract killer… Shekhar and Raja finally become friends.When Raja Realises that the whole political system is corrupt, he starts killing all the villains one by one.Media gets in search of this hidden man who is killing people.Towards the climax, Raja’s final target is Shrivastav. He kills Shrivastav with the help of Kuldeep.This event is covered by the media.Finally Raja takes Sonia and gets back to his village.
